I am supposed to write a report in here about my experiences of the whole two weeks in this BeST Programme that being sponsored by Biotech Corp. My first day in the program, I had already wrote it in previous entry but seems like it is not completed yet so as I had pretty much time right now, I will include the first day in this report. Okay lets not name it as report, you may call it as my story.

So we start with the 1st March of 2010 which is my first day in Universiti Tun Abdul Razak KL campus.

Monday, 1st March 2010. UniRazak, Capsquare.

Walking my way to the Capsquare from Dang Wangi LRT station at 7.30 in the morning is quite early as the office is still not open yet. Then, I met with two lovely ladies sitting by the fountain and coincidentally they also in the BeST programme as I am. We get to know each other, and so that is how I first knew Yati and Hurun.

So, we were walking together to the lecture hall guided by this one gentleman with other participants of the BeST program. We met with the organizer of the program and they gave us a briefing about the BeST program. Suddenly, we were asked by Miss Farah from Biotech Corp to join the two days "Team Building Camp" at Nur Lembah Pangsun near Sungai Congkak. It such of all a sudden as I was not prepared to go to a camping on the next day of the registration.

The next day...

Tuesday, 2nd March 2010. Nur Lembah Pangsun, Sg. Congkak.

The next morning I came early, worried that I will missed the bus. Miss Farah and another person from the Biotech Corp, Miss Hana planning that the bus will be moving to the camp site at 8 a.m sharp but then because we were waiting for some late comers we only moving on at about 20 minutes to 9 a.m.

On the first day we were needed to be involved in outdoor games and activity, but before the games begin we undergo the ice-breaking session where all of us being distributed randomly into 4 groups and I happened to be as the "RED FIRE" group member. The games is pretty much like a maze games and all the group members were required to contribute their help to their group.

There were many things that I learned through out the two days of team building modules and one of the most valuable thing that i got is the importance of team works. Besides that, I also realize that thrustworthy among the group members do affect the outcome of the group work.
